With more than 8 years at Castellan and +5 years in the labour department, Macarena is a senior associate that works “head-to-head” with leading partner Mariana Casella.

Her role as the second-in-command in the labour department at Castellan is evident, handling complex matters both in consultancy and contentious litigation. She represents clients before courts and labour authorities (Ministry of Labour and Social Security), not only regarding individual labour law, but also Union conflicts.

She also has solid experience in social security and administrative law and leads within the labour department the area of Migration Affairs, regularly assisting companies in the temporary relocation of workers, obtaining legal working permits, and processing legal residences for high executives and their families.

Daily, she advises national and multinational corporations such as Kia Motors, Shift, Aleph Group, Atlanta Wine, Germe, Club Urunday, Nuñez Montajes, Divano and Famiq, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
