Mr. Zhao has extensive experience in M&A, corporate financing, investment fund formation and operation, domestic and overseas IPOs and insurance funds investment and operation. Mr Zhao has participated in revising and advising legislative drafts, counselling and governmental and public legal symposiums on M&A, securities law, RMB fund formation, insurance funds operation and asset management as organized by MOFCOM, CSRC, AMAC, CIRC, SAFE and SASAC. He has been invited by many internationally renowned investment institutes to give CPT trainings.
