Ryan represents agent banks, publicly traded and privately owned borrowers, portfolio companies, and alternative lenders in lending and financing transactions, within the U.S. and internationally. He has extensive knowledge in financing transactions within the energy industry. His experience covers a range of transactions, such as secured and unsecured lending, syndicated credit facilities, senior and subordinated financings, holding company/mezzanine lending, intercreditor agreements, and restructuring/workout financings.
