Roxana Roman

Roxana Roman is a well-recognised Real Estate practitioner. Currently she is partner of Wolf Theiss and heads the local Real Estate & Construction practice of the firm in the Bucharest office. She is mainly involved in real estate transactions and is experienced in advising strategic investors, banks, and investment funds on transactions with various types of real estate assets (office, retail, industrial warehouses). She is specialised in advising major foreign investors active in the field of retail and construction on their market entry and expansion in Romania. She also has extensive expertise in advising major investors (predominantly from the automotive and aerospace sectors) in their greenfield investments in Romania - she assists investors during all stages from structuring their investments beginning with the land acquisition process (due diligence exercise, transaction advisory and post-transaction legal assistance) up to planning and construction contracts for their future production facilities in Romania. Roxana was also involved in advising major banks in financing and re-financing real estate projects on the local market.
