The Team
The Bucharest Real Estate & Construction team has years of experience in representing local and international clients in real estate law, corporate law, M&A transactions and finance. The team also focuses on dispute resolution aspects of the real estate industry, and is one of very few international law firms in Romania representing clients in judicial and administrative disputes and arbitration. Our Dispute Resolution team specialises in particular in arbitrations in which the underlying dispute is based upon FIDIC Yellow Book and FIDIC Red Book construction contracts.
