Robin Sumner focuses on antitrust/competition law, the False Claims Act, RICO and complex civil litigation. Robin has significant experience litigating a variety of cases in the biopharmaceutical and health care industries, including class actions and multidistrict litigation, and she regularly counsels clients on antitrust and fraud and abuse issues, including in matters before government agencies.
