Roberto Lipari is a partner in Dentons’ Rome office and Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Italy and Europe.
Roberto has extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration and regularly represents sovereign entities, as well as domestic and foreign clients in a broad range of disputes involving corporate, commercial, investigations, investment and financial matters across different industries and jurisdictions.
He has served as legal counsel for companies and sovereign states in numerous international commercial and investment arbitrations, under various procedural rules (e.g., UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, ICC Arbitration Rules, Arbitration Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, ICSID and LCIA ). He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution for the term 2024-2027.
He has also gained significant experience in class action matters, having assisted several leading players in different market segments.
