Robert’s practice focuses on capital markets, with particular emphasis on equity and equity linked products. He has represented underwriters and issuers in SEC-registered and private offerings of debt, equity, equity linked and hybrid securities, including in connection with domestic and cross-border issues. He also advises in the development of new financial instruments and related offerings. Robert regularly counsels financial institutions and hedge funds in connection with the structuring, acquisition and holding of equity and equity linked positions.
