Richard is the chair of the firm’s Projects - Latin America Practice. He counsels financial institutions, project sponsors, and investors in the development, financing, acquisition, and disposition of energy and infrastructure assets throughout the United States and Latin America.
He is active in the U.S. PPP market, counseling bidders, banks, and underwriters in the bidding and financing for major transportation projects in North Carolina, Texas, California, Michigan, Hawaii, Oklahoma, and Georgia. Rich also advises project companies on the refinancing of various debt tranches related to operating transportation assets in the U.S. He is currently representing sponsor clients in connection with the development, financing, and construction of multiple renewable energy projects in the United States.
