Rebecca Mendez has particular experience representing institutional and non-institutional commercial real estate lenders, bridge lenders, investors and developers in connection with the financing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets including retail shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, warehouse, industrial and mixed-use properties.

In addition, Rebecca represents both institutional and non-institutional lenders in connection with the origination and securitization of commercial real estate loans. She also provides representation to institutional lenders in connection with the disposition of distressed real estate assets and distressed loans including loan modifications, workouts and loan sale transactions.

Rebecca has experience with complex commercial real estate transactions involving lease negotiation, joint venture acquisitions, property development, community development districts, mortgage-backed securities and property management.
