Over the past 30 years, he and the Hunton team have helped structure and negotiate hundreds of transactions valued at billions of dollars for firms ranging from the Fortune 5 to the middle-market. Their practice focuses on digital economy projects, particularly business process and IT outsourcings, complex joint ventures, e-commerce, technology and systems licensing, development and integration projects, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, blockchain, and the metaverse. The team works closely with the firm's leading retail and consumer products, financial services, energy and utility, real estate, healthcare, and global privacy and cybersecurity practices to find solutions for difficult technology-driven and cross-border business problems.
