Over the past 30 years, he and the Hunton team have negotiated hundreds of tech transactions valued at billions of dollars for firms ranging from the Fortune 5 to the middle-market. Their practice focuses on digital enterprise IT projects, particularly: business process and IT outsourcings; artificial intelligence and other automation implementations; joint ventures; software and data licensing; systems acquisition, development and integration projects; and e-commerce matters. The team works closely with the firm's leading retail and consumer products, financial services, energy and utility, real estate, healthcare, and global privacy and cybersecurity practices to find solutions for difficult cross-border business problems.
