She is currently advising a client on a groundbreaking project to address climate change, which addresses a range of carbon capture and storage issues involving a large joint venture to capture carbon and store it, potentially for later beneficial use, including legal issues around carbon sequestration and contractual obligations. Her chemical engineering experience affords her useful and practical insight into development of regulations and for advising on environmental, health, and safety compliance and enforcement issues.
