Randy Kay is a California trial lawyer with over thirty years of experience representing intellectual property owners in global disputes over trade secrets, know-how, patents, unfair competition and contracts. Randy has handled some of the largest and most notable trade secret lawsuits in the United States over the past ten years. His matters involve technologies in computers, telecommunications, semiconductors, medical devices, biotech and the life sciences. He handles jury trials, arbitrations, injunction proceedings and appeals. Randy chairs Jones Day’s global Trade Secrets practice.
