With almost 20 years of experience, Charlotte Breuvart focuses her practice on European, French and Belgian antitrust and competition law. She has extensive experience in cartels, abuses of dominance, merger control and state aids (in both counseling and litigation). Charlotte regularly intervenes before the European, French and Belgian competition authorities and courts. In 2012, she contributed to obtaining the largest fine reduction ever granted by the European courts in an antitrust case. Charlotte regularly advises international companies in a wide range of industries, with a specific focus on the energy sector, where she also delivers regulatory advice.
