Career

Ferdinand Brughmans’ practice covers the entire spectrum of lending and credit products, both international and domestic, with a focus on leveraged/acquisition finance transactions, project finance (primarily related to energy transition and infrastructure), corporate and syndicated loans and real estate finance. Ferdinand thereby advises banks, financial institutions, private credit providers, direct and alternative lenders, institutional lenders, private equity funds and corporate borrowers, and senior and mezzanine debt providers on project finance, PPP, syndicated loan, leveraged cross-border acquisition finance transactions. Additionally, he has considerable experience in general banking and finance, M&A, and private equity.
