Peter J Wang

Peter Wang manages major U.S. and Chinese government antitrust investigations of proposed mergers and acquisitions, non-merger investigations, and antitrust litigation. He represents local and foreign clients in complex commercial disputes and technology-related litigation. He also oversees internal corporate investigations and responses to government investigations under the FCPA and other laws, and advises clients on related compliance and due diligence issues. Peter leads the Firm's antitrust and litigation practices in the China Region.
