Career

Yizhe Zhang has extensive experience with complex antitrust and competition law issues, representing clients in global merger reviews and antitrust government investigations. Her work covers numerous industries, including automotive, aviation, chemical, technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, retail, and transportation. Yizhe’s recent experience involves significant Chinese government antitrust investigations of several high profile global transactions. She also assists clients regarding conduct investigations by Chinese regulators in the automotive, health care, consumer products, and technology industries. She worked at the Anti-Monopoly Office of MOFCOM before joining Jones Day. She is recognized in the area of China antitrust by Chambers Asia and was named to the Global Competition Review (GCR) Women in Antitrust list in 2016 and 2021.
