In general crime he is known as a tenacious and hard working advocate and is often chosen to represent high profile sports stars, musicians and politicians.
In planning enforcement law, he has defended in some of the largest cases of recent times, specialising in acting for landlords and companies in respect of enforcement notice breaches and POCA proceedings.
In regulatory crime, Quentin acts for both prosecution and defence. He is a member of the AG’s ‘A’ List of specialist prosecutors. For the defence he has clients ranging from individuals to FTSE 100 companies in cases involving the HSE, the EA, Fire Brigades and local councils.
Quentin regularly acts in inquests and inquiries appearing for interested persons, specialising in advocating for interested corporate bodies and families.
