Product liability: acting for defendants in group and unitary actions, particularly relating to pharmaceutical products, medical devices and motor vehicles. Public, administrative and local government law, and, in particular, public procurement and state aid: advises central government, local and other public authorities on a broad range of matters including powers, finance, social services, education, waste, civil contingencies and anti-terrorism. Health & safety law: represents corporate clients in respect of regulatory prosecutions, civil proceedings and inquests.
