Piotr specialises in capital markets transactions, in particular debt capital and structured finance transactions.

Studied law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland) and at University of Utrecht (the Netherlands).

Piotr is the head of the Finance & Financial Regulation team in Warsaw. He is an expert in financial sector regulations and capital market transactions. He advises local and international banks, investment firms, payment institutions and other financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory matters, including CRD, CRR, BRRD, MiFID, PSD and AML. Piotr has special focus on regulations concerning operations of foreign credit institutions in Poland. He also advises on capital market transactions, in particular debt capital market and structured finance transactions. They include issuance of domestic bonds, Eurobonds, regulatory capital instruments (MREL, TLAC), covered bonds as well as true sale and synthetic securitisation.
