Pierfrancesco Giustiniani graduated magna cum laude from Milan State University Law School in 1992 and after having accrued a significant experience in the law firm Toffoletto & Associati, he joined Erede e Associati in 1996 (which in 1999 became Bonelli Erede Pappalardo), where, as a partner from 2001, took up the position as head of Corporate & Finance Department.
