Manfredi Leanza attended Scuola Militare Nunziatella in Naples and graduated with a law degree cum laude from Rome University “Tor Vergata” in 1998. Manfredi began his career at the Bruxelles offices of Chiomenti Studio Legale practising Italian and EU competition law. In 2001 he moved to the Milan offices of the firm and developed a significant expertise in banking and finance, working with top tier national and international players on a variety of corporate transactions. In 2015 Manfredi joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati adding his finance expertise to the corporate practise of the Firm.
Manfredi was admitted to practice in 2001.
Manfredi represented primary credit institutions and companies in connection with both domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and restructuring.
