Luigi is an expert in banking and financial law with more than 20 years’ experience advising, inter alia, banks, financial intermediaries, and payment institutions. He has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the intermediaries he assists on a continuing basis, both with regard to the structuring of new products and services and in the context of specific transactions. Luigi also has developed significant experience in advising on matters related to managed savings, having assisted clients in the context of all the institutional aspects related to the constitution of and crisis of CUIs.
