Career

Paolo Pototschnig graduated in law magna cum laude in 1985 from the University of Milan, and was subsequently a teaching assistant at the university in Civil Procedure Law for many years, under the guidance of Prof. Giuseppe Tarzia. Paolo was a partner of Negri Clementi e Soci and a co-founder, of NTCM in 2000. From 2011 to 2017 he was partner of Legance and, subsequently, a partner of Giovanardi, Pototschnig & Associati. In September 2020 he joined Orsingher Ortu Avvocati Associati, together with avv. Valeria Mazzoletti.

Publications

He is the author of a number of publications on corporate law, civil procedure and bankruptcy law.
