Domenico focuses on corporate and information technology matters in which he has been practising for two decades. In the information technology area, in particular, he represents multinational companies involved in the IT and outsourcing industry on various transactional and regulatory aspects.
He has two decades of experience in respect of information technology, e-commerce, outsourcing, corporate and M&A work.
He was past Chairman of the Information Services, Technology and Data Protection Committee of the International Law and Practice section of the American Bar Association. He was a member of the tax and law commission of AIFI (Italian Private Equity Association). He served as Board member of the international association ItechLaw where he is also active in the Outsourcing Committee. He is also a member of IBA.
In addition to authoring numerous articles on IT, corporate matters and contractual aspects of outsourcing transactions, Domenico contributes to the World Bank publication “Doing Business”.
Domenico graduated cum laude from the University of Bari in 1994. He was admitted to plead before Upper and Supreme Courts in 2011. He is fluent in English.
