Valeria Mazzoletti graduated in law magna cum laude from the University of Milan (with her thesis recommended for publication) in 1984, and was for many years teaching assistant in Civil Procedure Law at the University, under the guidance of Prof. Giuseppe Tarzia. Valeria started her legal career at the law firm of Avv. Giuseppe Tristano in Milan, specialising in corporate law. From 2004 to 2012 she was a partner at the firm of Pedersoli e Associati and, subsequently, head of the litigation department of d’Urso, Gatti e Bianchi. In November 2014 Valeria became a partner of Giovanardi e Associati (later, Giovanardi Pototschnig & Associati). She joined Orsingher Ortu Avvocati Associati in September 2020 , with Paolo Pototschnig and their team.
She has authored numerous publications and regularly participates as a speaker on matters of civil procedure and bankruptcy law issues at conferences and seminars.
