Philip Bush has been helping businesses understand and comply with the complex laws governing, 401(k), ESOPs, pension and other employee benefit plans and executive incentive programs for over 35 years. He has extensive experience in dealing with the IRS, the U.S. Department of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and resolving plan compliance issues. Philip frequently advises boards, plan committees and trustees regarding their fiduciary obligations. An adjunct faculty member of the SMU Dedman School of Law and a fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Philip is a frequent speaker at employee benefit and executive compensation programs sponsored by the ABA and other professional organizations.
