Philip Bush has been helping businesses understand and comply with the complex laws ‎governing, 401(k), ESOPs, pension and other employee benefit plans and executive incentive ‎programs for over 35 years. He has extensive experience in dealing with the IRS, the U.S. ‎Department of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and resolving plan ‎compliance issues. Philip frequently advises boards, plan committees and trustees regarding their ‎fiduciary obligations. An adjunct faculty member of the SMU Dedman School of Law and a ‎fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Philip is a frequent speaker at ‎employee benefit and executive compensation programs sponsored by the ABA and other ‎professional organizations.‎
