She regularly advises all major Slovak banks on syndicated and bilateral loan transactions. Petra also has considerable experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development and asset management. In 2021, she was named one of the 100 most important women in the legal business in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
