Pete has more than 25 years of private equity and M&A experience, including high-profile transactions worth billions in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector.

Whether it’s leveraged buyouts, platform deals, growth equity investments, M&A, or commercial contracts, Pete brings more than two decades of experience to clients in the business services, technology, communications, and media sectors. His client roster includes strategic operators and private equity funds, particularly in the cable television, data centers, facilities-based fiber and wireless networks, towers, digital media, and events and conference industries.

Pete’s longtime industry experience enables him to help clients navigate challenging operational matters unique to the TMT industries, including build-out and collocation agreements, data center leases, spectrum and tower leases, and spectrum purchase agreements.
