A sampling of his recent representative matters include representing Fortitude Re in its US$3.4 billion reinsurance transaction with Unum and OneAmerica Financial in the sale of its full-service retirement plan business to Voya.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Judge Pamela Ann Rymer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Peter graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with honors and served as articles editor of The University of Chicago Law Review.
