Pedro Corrêa de Oliveira joined VdA in 2016. Partner at the Real Estate & Planning practice. Pedro has ample experience in real estate operations, including purchase, sale and lease of real property, overall follow-up of real estate projects (commercial, housing and tourist projects); preparing architect, engineering, project management, construction supervision services agreements and works contracts (new construction and building rehabilitation); and follow-up of urban, tourist and commercial licensing.
Pedro has been providing continued advice in connection with sale and leaseback, and purchase and sale operations, including due diligence, involving different assets (housing, commercial, services and tourist real property), and also in connection with urban licensing.
