Clients appreciate the breadth and depth of her experience, her responsiveness, and her ability to offer practical solutions that address their specific concerns and pressure points. She has worked extensively on environmental permitting, including state and federal Clean Water Act permits. The experience extends through contested case hearings, cross-agency consultations, and permit defense in state and federal court actions. She has worked on substantial water rights permitting, contracting, and diligence, integrating an understanding of Texas water law nuances with practical experience. Paulina also advises clients on environmental compliance, including guiding them through state and federal enforcement actions.
