Luke A Weedon

Luke Weedon represents commercial banks, investment banking firms, asset-based lenders, insurance companies, other institutional lenders and investors, as well as borrowers and issuers of debt securities, in a wide range of financing transactions. Luke’s practice focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, bridge loans, first/second lien financings, private placements of debt securities, Rule 144A debt offerings, project financings, letter of credit facilities, debt restructurings and workouts. A significant portion of his practice involves domestic and cross-border energy finance, in particular midstream, offshore drilling and offshore construction.
