Luke Pedersen is the Co-Chair of the Firmwide Tech Transactions Practice Group. His practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on technology transfers, licensing, patent portfolio management and litigation involving complex and emerging technologies. He regularly represents Fortune 500 companies in mergers and acquisitions involving fledgling software companies. On behalf of technology startups, Mr. Pedersen develops and implements sophisticated programs for the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
