Debra has over 30 years of experience working on various air toxics standards, issues relating to New Source Review and the New Source Performance Standards, the development of regional haze plans, Title V permitting issues, the Acid Rain Program, the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule, greenhouse gas regulations, and Civil Rights Act Title VI complaints. She is dedicated to finding innovative solutions for her clients that balance environmental stewardship with business success.
