He also acts as lead counsel in numerous complex civil class action and other litigation matters involving nearly all aspects of antitrust laws. John is recognized for his international competition policy leadership and his expertise in the technology, media, telecommunications, software and pharmaceuticals sectors, and traditional industries including automotive, mining, metals, agriculture, chemicals and electronics.
