Paul Navarro has focused on employment law matters since joining the firm in 1998, representing employers throughout the country in many different industries, including private equity, financial services, food services, staffing, manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education. He advises clients on employment matters in connection with corporate acquisitions and sales, executive agreements, pay equity studies, reductions in force, compensation programs, wage and hour compliance, affirmative action regulations, personnel issues, discrimination allegations, and reducing employment law related legal risks. Paul also regularly helps companies protect their investment in their employees and information and advises them on non-compete and trade secret issues. He has extensive experience representing employers before federal and state enforcement agencies and in employment litigation.
