Gerum Yilma

Gerum Yilma primarily focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and documenting syndicated, club, single lender and multicurrency credit facilities. His experience includes cash-flow, asset-based, leveraged acquisition, dividend recapitalization and real estate financing transactions, including senior secured, pro rata, second lien and mezzanine loans. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions on a wide range of complex financing transactions, including the financing of life sciences companies (such as pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors), physician practice management groups, senior care owners and operators, hospitals and other healthcare provider organizations.
