He negotiates and documents asset-based and cash-flow credit facilities, complex intercreditor and debt subordination arrangements, real estate financings, debtor-in-possession financings, and workouts and restructurings.

Art has particular experience in the financing of skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, physician groups, early-stage life science companies, and device and pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributers.
