Kenneth M Neighbors

Kenneth M. Neighbors focuses his practice primarily in the area of public finance, providing legal advice in support of public-private partnerships, transformative economic development initiatives, and infrastructure-oriented governmental financings. His experience ranges from regionally significant transportation and integrated transit projects, tax allocation (TIF) district formation and financing, to multi-layered, mixed-use tax-exempt bond financings, with a focus on transit-oriented developments and multi-family real estate developments advancing important public policy objectives.

In addition, Ken’s work focuses on the implementation of federal, state and city-supported economic development programs and initiatives, including small business loan and grant programs, community land trusts, and other affordable housing programs. Ken also provides legal advice in connection with the acquisition, financing, sale and management of real estate holdings, and provides general representation in connection with corporate matters, leveraging off his prior career in merchant/investment banking and venture capital.
