Christopher Greene

Chris, an accomplished commercial finance lawyer, is managing partner of McGuireWoods' Atlanta office and leads the life sciences subgroup of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Team.

Chris represents agents, lenders and borrowers in syndicated and bilateral finance transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow working capital lines of credit, venture lending, real estate financings, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. He has particular expertise in finance transactions involving all areas of healthcare and life sciences, including senior care, physician and dental practice management, early-stage life sciences companies, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributers, and hospitals and other provider organizations.
