Makram B. Jaber

Makram, a former professional engineer with more than 20 years of legal experience, focuses his practice primarily on the Clean Air Act. He helps clients obtain and defend permits for new and expanded facilities, helps them defend enforcement actions for existing facilities, counsels them on compliance and represents their interests in rulemaking proceedings and related Court of Appeals litigation under the Clean Air Act. He has deep experience in the New Source Review (NSR) program and Hazardous Air Pollutants and has represented companies in numerous enforcement cases and settlements.
