Patrick Lewis

Mr. Lewis focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity, with particular experience in the financial services industry. He represents acquirers, sellers, targets, and financial advisors in a wide variety of transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, dispositions (including auctions), joint ventures, reinsurance, shareholder activism, capital raising transactions, and other corporate matters. Mr. Lewis has significant experience advising on both U.S. and cross-border transactions and has represented clients in some of the largest and most complex deals in the financial sector.
