Following Mrs. Dias’ consistently excellent performance and commitment to the Firm since she joined over five years ago, in November 2022, she was promoted to partner at the Environmental division of the Firm, with vast experience in administrative and judicial processes, in addition to due diligence, conducting environmental licensing processes and consulting in environmental matters. She has almost ten years of experience and represents clients of different economic sectors such as telecom, energy, railways, highways, mining, industrial segments, paper, and pulp, among others.

Patrícia Dias also provides specialised mining legal advice, working with strategic legal actions, especially Public Civil Actions, Tax Foreclosures of high fines involved, authorisation and sanction processes before ANM, and environmental licensing processes involving large, medium, and small mining projects.
