Career

Luciana has extensive experience in various economic sectors with a focus on environmental legal consultancy, involving environmental licensing, risk assessment, due diligence, crisis management, communication and negotiation with public authorities, in addition to significant experience in judicial and administrative disputes, representing Clients from a range of sectors of infrastructure, such as energy, telecommunications, oil and gas, highways, railways and mining, in addition to industries in general, the pulp and paper sector, cement, saline, among others.

Luciana is President of Rio de Janeiro Commercial Association’s (ACRJ) Legal and Strategic Business Council’s Environment Committee and the second Vice-President of the Sanitation and Water Resources Commission at the Institute of Brazilian Lawyers.

She is also a member of the Brazilian Union of Environmental Advocacy (UBAA) and the Brazilian Association of Environmental and Energy Law (ABDEM). Moreover, Luciana is social media officer of the Environment, Health and Safety Law Committee (EHS Committee), of the International Bar Association (IBA).
