Career
Giuseppe is a partner of Bichara Advogados' tax and customs practices for six years. As the head of the firm's customs practice, he is responsible for work related to Import and Export Operations, Special Customs Regimes, Special Authorisations to operate in Customs Trade, Transfer Pricing, NCM Classification, and tax planning related to the reduction of the customs tax burden. Besides that, he is responsible for handling tax ligation in the tax practice and directly manages more than 250 clients, split into 08 different teams, adding up to more than 4.000 lawsuits, including huge clients from various sectors, such as Energy, Fuel, Health, Paper and Cellulose, and Logistics.
Due to his work, his team now takes part in billionaire/millionaire crucial discussions, besides structuring new and important international operations to and from Brazil.
