Giuseppe Melotti is the one of the leaders of both Customs and Tax practices at Bichara Advogados since 2018. • Legal support for Light Serviços De Eletricidade S.A on nearly 10 judicial and administrative proceedings.
• Advising a judicial administrative defence for Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio (CBA), major producer of aluminium in Brazil.
• Legal guidance on navigating this complex regulatory landscape for Bracell SP Celulose Ltda, leading producer of pulp with substantial exports to the European Union.
Mr. Melotti has a strong background in the field of tax law, nationally and internationally recognized for his contributions. He has co-authored four books on tax matters and written several articles that have been published by major Brazilian press outlets.
