Moreover, he has experience in financing, sale, and acquisition of businesses, strategic litigation, relationship with public stakeholders (such as the Public Prosecutor´s Office and government bodies), engagement with local communities, and contract negotiation. He also advises mining clients on the legislative process, political scenario, stakeholder engagement, and the impacts of public policies on specific projects and the business environment.
