He constantly works in complex public and private litigation, especially with business issues and conflicts involving public administration.

Under his leadership, the Tax practice has important transactions in the past few years, including:

- Representation of Meta Serviços em Informática S.A. in a high-profile trademark dispute against Meta Platforms, Inc., which has drawn attention in the field of IP and tech-related litigation.

Mr. Werner has extensive experience in litigation involving administrative and corporate law, representing clients in the telecommunications, food and civil construction sectors, among others.
