Chede Suaiden is a partner of Bichara Advogados and leads the Social Security practice. He has more than 22 years of experience, a period in which he has been guiding national and international companies from various segments. His expertise covers all types of demands related to social security contributions, from conducting projects aimed at social security efficiency to the representation of companies in administrative and judicial proceedings at all levels and in all instances. He is also a professor on Insper’s LL.M course in Labour Law, a well-known institution in the country.

Chede’s performance over the years gives him distinction in drafting legal opinions and in discussions involving remuneration taxation, such as profit-sharing plans and stock option plans, aiming to obtain legal solutions in accordance with the business and strategies of the clients. For that, he is frequently invited to debate social security issues in national events.

In the last years, he has especially worked to find solutions that can generate tax credit recovery for clients, as well as risk mitigation in the company's operations. He has also worked on the development of executive and employee compensation plans focused on reducing the social charges on these payments. Recently, he has worked for the largest non-state-owned group of electric energy generation and distribution in Brazil and the third biggest Brazilian electric utility company, in a case regarding the payment of social security’s contributions and contributions destined to other entities, levied on some benefits granted to employees.
